Detailed Description

Listens to Menu button press for PC and secondary button press for VR and send Rpc command request ToggleInSessionMenuCommand to the server. In this system, the Menu Canvas is also instantiated for the local player only (skipping the other player's menu)

For VR, we include from which PlayerHandType the command is sent to indicate where the In-session menu should be spawned in.
